Dassault Falcon, responsible for selling and supporting Falcon business jets, appointed Bernard Delouÿe as its new customer service manager for the Middle East region.
Bernard Delouÿe will be based in Jeddah where a significant part of the Falcon fleet is based.
Delouÿe comes with a strong aviation background acquired in the French military and working as a consultant to foreign defense industries. He has been living in the region for 12 years.
He will take over his new role from Arnaud Deleval, who retired earlier this year after serving Middle East Falcon customers for 10 years.
The appointment comes in the wake of the opening of a Dassault Falcon regional sales office in Dubai as well as the appointment of 2 new authorized service centers in Jeddah and Dubai.
Dassault Falcon currently has around 60 business jets based in the region and expects this number to grow by 30% over the next 3 years, with a strong order book driven by sales of the Falcon 7X.
