The meeting was attended by Qatar’s Chief-of-Staff of the Armed Forces Major General (Pilot) Ghanim bin Shaheen Al Ghanim, Ambassador of the Italian Republic to Qatar Guido De Sanctis, and a number of senior officers of the Armed Forces.
Major General Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah also met Wednesday with General Pierre de VILLIERS, French Chief of Defense Staff, and his accompanying delegation.
The meeting was attended by Qatar’s Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Major General (Pilot) Ghanim bin Shaheen Al Ghanim and Eric Chevallier, the French Ambassador to Qatar Eric Chevallier, as well as a number of senior officers of the Armed Forces.
The two meetings dealt with exchange of views on matters of mutual concern, and current developments in the region.
Major General Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah and his accompanying delegation returned to Doha on Sunday 23 November after several days official mission to the United States of America.
