HAVELSAN which offers new generation end-to-end solutions in the fields of defence, simulation autonomous platform technologies, ICT, homeland, and cyber security, is unveiling its advanced products and smart solutions at Defense Services Asia (DSA) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (28-31 March 2022).

Thanks to its Autonomous and Platform Technologies, HAVELSAN has combined its Hybrid Swarm intelligence capabilities with its years-long experience in Joint Robotics and Autonomous Systems for future Digital Troops. The prominent autonomous products HAVELSAN has developed are BARKAN and BAHA.

HAVELSAN designed and developed HAVELSAN BARKAN in response to the needs of the modern combat field. The BARKAN is an important asset for field personnel in many areas, especially in increasing the operation’s success, preventing losses, and reducing operation costs. With its remote control and autonomous mission capabilities in the operation field, the BARKAN is a close companion of the military units. BARKAN’s swarm infrastructure will make joint operations with other land and air vehicles possible from a single center.

BARKAN can be used in multi-purpose missions thanks to its superior autonomous features and its modular design in which different payloads can be integrated. It has been developed for tasks such as carrying or towing cargo, providing close protection, and armed reconnaissance.

HAVELSAN is also showcasing HAVELSAN B30 Sub-Cloud Autonomous Unmanned Aerial Vehicle during the DSA 2022. The B-30 is a fixed-wing Sub-Cloud Autonomous Aircraft that can take off and land vertically. The system, powered by a petrol engine during the horizontal cruise, is supported by electric motors in vertical takeoff and landing.

With features that meet the needs of modern armies, HAVELSAN B-30 is a Sub-Cloud Autonomous UAV that can perform joint operations with all unmanned systems with its vertical landing and take-off capability, fully autonomous mission capability, modular architecture that allows the integration of different payloads, and many more superior features.

Through the Digital Troops concept, HAVELSAN is showing how ambitious it is about the cutting-edge technologies, while it will once again exhibit its proven solutions, especially in Command & Control and Defense Technologies through HAVELSAN ADVENT at DSA 2022, as well. ADVENT is a new generation network-supported data integrated Combat Management System (CMS) that focuses on the force structure rather than a single ship and that responds to the needs of the network-centric operational approach.

ADVENT CMS is designed in a modular structure that can be adapted to different platform types with various tasks. ADVENT CMS has been developed as a platform-independent system. With its scalable open architecture structure, ADVENT can be adapted to the surface, underwater and air platforms, and land-based stations. HAVELSAN offers ADVENT as one CMS for all platforms.
