In a significant stride towards fostering global collaboration in the aerospace and defense industry, IEC, International Events & Congress, renowned for organizing successful events in Morocco and Tunisia, proudly announces the launch of the International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition (IADE) in Oman.
The event is scheduled to take place from 24-28 September 2024, at the Salalah International Airport.
Building on a legacy of two successful exhibitions in Morocco (2008‐2018) and Tunisia (since 2020), IADE is poised to become a beacon of innovation, knowledge exchange, and industry advancement in the Sultanate of Oman. The event represents the third instalment in IEC’s series of aerospace and defense exhibitions, showcasing a commitment to excellence and international cooperation.
What sets IADE OMAN apart is not just its evolution but also the esteemed support garnered from the entire Omani government. The exhibition has secured the endorsement and backing of the Sultanate of Oman, emphasizing the nation’s commitment to advancing the aerospace and defense sectors on a global scale.
The choice of Salalah as the host city is strategic, considering the city’s growing importance in the region and its position as a nexus of connectivity. Salalah International Airport, with its state‐of‐the‐art facilities, will serve as the perfect backdrop for this five‐day extravaganza that will bring together industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders from around the world.
Due to its strategic location, the Sultanate of Oman, known for its neutrality and recognized as a diplomatic mediator in the region, serves as an ideal bridge between Asia and Africa.
