Qatar Emiri Land Forces concluded Desert Leopard Exercise (3) for the year 2024, Command Centres (CPX), in cooperation with Kuwaiti Land Forces and US Spartan Forces.
The exercise was executed as part of cooperation between friendly countries. It aims at enhancing combat capabilities of the participating forces, training Commanders and Chiefs of Staff on joint planning and battle management, and training on reactions in case of terrorist incidents.(TNN), Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported.
In another development, the Cadets Training Center concluded the Lebsayyer Exercise for the Military Sciences Diploma Course No. 12 with the participation of Qatar Emiri Air Forces, Military Police Forces, Joint Special Forces, and Qatar Emiri Signal Corps.
During the exercise, several scenarios were executed with the aim of developing cadets’ combat skills and capabilities, in addition to developing and practising command, control and decision making in a dynamic environment in order to simulate reality and enable them of taking the right decisions at all situations.
Deputy Chief of Staff for Administration and Supply Affairs Staff Major-General (Air) Abdulrahman bin Nasr Al Nasr, Chief of Training Authority Staff Major-General Jassim bin Ahmed Al Mohannadi, Cadets Training Center Commander Staff Brigadier-General (Doctor) Mohammed Abdullah Al Hinzab and a number of Qatar Armed Forces Senior Officers attended the exercise conclusion.
