Cutting edge technologies that deliver defence and security solutions acrossmulti-domains are at the centre of BAE Systems’ exhibit at IDEX 2021 taking place from 21-25 February at ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National ExhibitionCentre).

The show is also an opportunity for BAE Systems to demonstrate the established partnerships the company has across the Middle East.

Jonathan Bird, UAE Director, BAE Systems, said: “Across the region, we play a vital role in supporting national visions and strategic agendas through the transfer of knowledge, skills, and technology.”

“We looking forward to demonstrating the vast portfolio of capabilities that we offer across land, sea, air, cyber and space,” he added.

Partnership creation has been a central pillar of BAE Systems’ presence in the Middle East for many years and a number of those partners are present on the BAE Systems stand including Kingdom Partner Companies (KPC) which deliver technologies, training, and capability into Saudi Arabia.

Other BAE Systems capabilities on the stand include the Digital Light Engine (DLE) and LiteHUD® Head-Up Displays, and the low-cost, combat-proven APKWS® Laser-Guided Rocket (photo).

The stand also features a number of autonomous capabilities including the Riptide ™ Autonomous Unmanned Undersea Vehicle, the Pacific 24 (P24) Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB), and the PHASA-35® solar electric unmanned air vehicle.
