In early October 2015, Bombardier presented RUAG Aerostructures with the “Best Overall Performance Award” in connection with the final assembly of the Bombardier CRJ aircraft. RUAG Aerostructures received the main award due to its outstanding performance in the “Quality lmprovement” and “Ontime Delivery lmprovement” categories.
As part of the Supplier Engagement Forum at the Bombardier Mirabel site in Canada, the company honored the 13 most strategically important suppliers in the final assembly of the Bombardier CRJ for their ongoing commitment. The leading suppliers received awards in the Best Quality lmprovement, Best Ontime Delivery lmprovement and Best Overall Performance categories.

The purpose of the Bombardier Supplier Engagement Forum is to directly address customer feedback and agree binding improvement goals with suppliers. The forum was held for the first time in March 2015. At the following event on 6 October 2015, Bombardier honored the improvements made by suppliers over the past six months with the aforementioned three awards.
