SRC Promotes Steve Duning to Senior Vice President

SRC, Inc. announced that Steve Duning has has been promoted to senior vice president, electronic warfare and services. In his new role, Duning will be responsible for all division operations, strategic planning, budgeting and developing a positive, innovative work environment for employees.

“Steve’s unique mix of technical experience, proven leadership ability, business acumen and people first approach has been crucial to the success of our electronic warfare and services division,” said Kevin Hair, President and CEO of SRC.

“I look forward to working closely with Steve as we continue to support our warfighters with the best possible solutions to help ensure mission success,” he added.

Duning has worked at SRC for more than 22 years, most recently as assistant vice president, electronic warfare. He has extensive experience in engineering analysis of foreign military electronic equipment and program management. He was instrumental in establishing SRC’s Dayton office and has seen it grow to more than 150 employees under his leadership.

Duning is a graduate of the University of Dayton where he earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He previously worked for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and received a letter of commendation from the Commander for his support to Operation Desert Storm. Duning serves on the board of Air Camp, Inc. and SRC Aus Pty Ltd. He is a member of United Way of Greater Dayton Area’s Steering Committee and the Association of Old Crows.
