Angelo Quabba succeeds CFO Urs Kiener who has decided to leave RUAG International after 24 years. Remo Lütolf said: ‘We are very grateful to Urs Kiener. Not only has he played a key role in shaping the financial fortunes of the company for 24 years, but in the past ten months Urs Kiener has prudently led the company through the Corona crisis as interim CEO and actively completed the unbundling, while also pointing the way forward for future decisions. We very much regret his decision to leave and wish him only the best, both professionally and privately.”
Urs Kiener will remain with RUAG International until early summer 2021. He will deliver the annual results for 2020 and then take over special projects.
