The Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force (BDF), Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, paid an inspection visit to a BDF unit, where he was briefed about its readiness, training programs and work progress, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.

The BDF Commander-in-Chief urged everyone to exert more efforts to meet the aspirations of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander, and develop their skills and performance through participating in training programs in Bahrain and abroad.

He explained that the BDF will continue its development efforts to cope with the scientific and technological progress in all military and administrative fields.

He voiced pride in the success of the BDF in supplying its units with the most advanced systems and equipment, hailing the outstanding ability of the BDF personnel in operating and maintaining such systems with distinguished competence and efficiency, which, he said, is reflected in the high readiness and performance of all units.

He highlighted the leadership’s keenness on supporting and rewarding the BDF personnel thanks to their competence in performing their sacred patriotic duties in the kingdom and abroad.
