He was speaking to Military Attachés accredited to the Kingdom. Lt. General Abdulrahman Bin Abdullah Al-Murshed, Deputy Chief of General Staff, was also present on the occasion.
The Kingdom, General Al-Qabil said, cooperates with all countries in the fight against terrorism and pursues a policy of non interference in the affairs of any other country. Likewise, the Kingdom does not accept interference in its internal affairs, and constantly endeavors for peace in all countries, especially in the Middle East, he added.
Major General Mohammed Hammad Ismail, Dean of the Military Attachés and Sudanese Military Attaché to the Kingdom, congratulated General Al-Qabil and Lt. General Al-Murshed on the royal trust in appointing them to their new posts, wishing the Kingdom steady progress and prosperity.
General Al-Qabil said Military Attachés belong to brotherly and friendly countries which are bound by political, economic, and military relations with the Kingdom. He commended the roles being played by the Military Attachés in strengthening cooperation between the Saudi Armed Forces and their counterparts in other countries.
