Logistics firm Agility said on Monday that US Defence Contractor DynCorp International (DI) had dropped its US unit as a subcontractor, breaching contractual terms.
The Kuwaiti firm, which is mulling its legal options, said DynCorp had dropped Agility Defense and Government Services as a subcontractor as of December 17."Agility DGS believes DI's termination is in breach of the contractual terms between the parties and is looking at legal options available in this regard," Agility said in a statement posted on the bourse website.
