Kuwait’s Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Pilot Bandar Al-Mazin, on Sunday met with the military Defense Council and a number of Army Commanders to review the latest developments and discuss the future visions and strategies of the Kuwaiti Army.
The Army Chief said in a press release that they discussed the latest developments and the most important issues related to military aspects and many topics of interest, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
The decorated team stressed following up on the implementation of various tasks and duties and seeking to overcome various obstacles that may hinder the implementation of military plans, programs, strategies, and ways to develop them.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Army, Major General Sabah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, a number of members of the military Defense Council, and Senior Commanding Officers in the Army.
Earlier this month, KUNA reported that key discussions are unfolding between Senior Kuwaiti Military Commanders and the Pentagon, driven by directives from Emir Meshaal Al-Ahmad.
