The Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX 2024), is proud to announce Barzan Holdings as a Strategic Partner and Gold Sponsor of its eighth edition which will take place from 4 to 6 March 2024 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC).
DIMDEX 2024 is held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, hosted and organised by the Qatar Armed Forces. The eighth edition of the biannual event is under the theme of “Igniting the Future of Maritime Security and Beyond.”
The signing ceremony took place at the Ministry of Defence, in the presence of Staff Lieutenant General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Mohammed bin Aqeel Al Nabit, Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces. The agreement was signed by Staff Brigadier (Sea) Abdulbaqi Saleh Al-Ansari, Chairman of DIMDEX and Mohammed Al Marri, Deputy CEO of Barzan Holdings.
This collaboration reflects the efforts of national companies in supporting major events and showcasing the development of defence capabilities in Qatar. DIMDEX also serves as a crucial platform for these companies to exchange knowledge and expertise with international companies, enhancing business opportunities with various high-level delegations attending the event.
