On 1st September 2011, Pasquale Di Bartolomeo became Executive Group Director Strategy of MBDA, and a member of MBDA’s Executive Committee reporting directly to Antoine Bouvier, the Group’s Chief Executive Officer.

Di Bartolomeo takes over from Giuseppe Snider who is retiring at the end of 2011.

As Executive Group Director Strategy, Pasquale Di Bartolomeo will lead a multi-national integrated team whose responsibilities will cover strategic planning, strategic cooperation, M&A activity and the Group’s product strategy.

To ensure continuity in a number of key activities, Giuseppe Snider will provide MBDA with the benefit of his extensive experience and knowledge, acting as Special Adviser to Antoine Bouvier until end of 2011.

Pasquale Di Bartolomeo joins MBDA from Finmeccanica Corporate, where he held several key positions prior to becoming responsible for Group Strategic Planning in 2005.

During the last ten years, he dealt with a number of key M&As, strategic industrial cooperation and capital market projects.

Prior to joining Finmeccanica Corporate, he spent several years in the US working in a newly formed multinational company with responsibility for strategy and marketing activities.
