Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received Monday a delegation from the Russian Rostec company led by Regional Representative Kirill Karev.
The ongoing friendship relations and cooperation were discussed, as well as topics of joint interest, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.
The meeting was also attended by Major-General Abdullah Hassan Al-Nuaimi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Logistics Rear Admiral Yusuf Ahmed Mal-Allah and Counsellor Vladimir Smirnov of the Russian Embassy to Bahrain.
Rostec is a Russian industrial company consisting of 700 organizations, which also includes 22 direct management companies and 14 holding companies, five of which specialize in the manufacture of civilian products, and nine, in the manufacture of products for the military and industrial sectors.
Rostec organizations are located in 60 regions of the Russian Federation. Company products are delivered to markets in more than 70 countries.
Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa also received on Monday the President of the Military Judiciary and the Military Cassation Court Brigadier Dr. Yusef Rashid Flifel who presented him with a book on monitoring means and cooperation regulations between the legislative and executive branches.
The BDF Commander-in-Chief thanked Brigadier Dr. Yusef Rashid Flifel, lauding his efforts in compiling the legal book which represents a new added value to the legal library and specialists in the legal field.
