Over 700 exhibitors will take part in an upcoming conference for security, health, safety and protection professionals in Dubai, said the Organisers.
Intersec trade fair and conference, which will be held at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from January 17 to 19, is also expected to draw over 17,000 trade visitors, said Epoc Messe Frankfurt.

"Safety in the workplace will be a pivotal issue at the conference running alongside this year's exhibition," said Victoria Lee, Senior Show Manager, Intersec trade fair and conference.

"Intersec 2010 will for the first time present an industry-led approach to the problem, with key experts driving the discussion and suggesting measures to enhance the workplace environment in the region. The event enjoys key support from Dubai Police and UAE Civil Defence, who have championed the safer workplace movement in the UAE," she added.

The event provides an ideal platform for industry leaders to network with global consultants and service providers in order to enhance workplace safety and security in accordance with global best practices.

Intersec 2010 will showcase safety measures and prevention techniques in a dedicated display area focusing on safety procedures when working at heights.
