Sheikh Hamdan Attends Graduation at Rashid Naval College

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, attended Wednesday the graduation of the fifteenth batch of students at the Rashid Naval College in Al Ain.

Following the event, Sheikh Hamdan watched an impressive display of military skills from the passing out graduates, Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.

The ceremony was also attended by Mohammed Ahmed Al Bawardi Falasi , Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Defence and Lt. General Hamad Mohammed Thani Al Rumaithi, Chief of Staff of the UAE Armed Forces, and Rear Admiral Ibrahim Al Musharrakh, Commander of UAE Naval Force.

A speech was delivered by Brig General Tareq Khalfan Abdullah Al Za’abi, Naval Academy Commander.

He said that the UAE Navy is moving towards its goals day after day, adding high-quality achievements for the benefit of the nation.

Sheikh Hamdan awarded the top achievers, after which the graduates swore allegiance to the country and its leader. The flag was then passed on to the 16th batch at the Academy.

Sheikh Hamdan expressed his deepest loyalty and appreciation to President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, on his unlimited support to the Armed Forces.
