Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported that the Chief-of-Staff of the Bahrain Defense Force (BDF), Lieutenant-General Dhiyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, received in Manama Captain Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Binali, who presented him with a copy of his PhD thesis in political sciences, titled “Petroleum Policies and Privatization Decisions”, which he had obtained from the US-based Claremont Graduate University”.

The Chief-of-Staff congratulated Captain Albinali on the prestigious scientific degree, wishing him further success.
