Bahrain’s Royal Guard Commander Brigadier Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Royal Guard Special Force Commander Major Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa paid a visit to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, in the United Kingdom, at an invitation from its Commandant to attend a graduation ceremony of officer cadets batch number 173.
They were welcomed on arrival by the academy Commandant, officers and teachers from the academy, according to Bahrain News Agency (BNA).
Bahraini Officer Cadet Abdullah Al-Sayed Attiyah was one of the graduates in this batch. He graduated with honor in addition to making an unprecedented historical achievement being the only officer who obtained three distinction prizes in the history of the academy. They are the Sword of Honor Prize, the Military and Academic Excellence Prize and the Sport Excellence Prize.
Brigadier Sheikh Nasser and Major Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa congratulated the graduates and met Officer Cadet Abdullah Al-Sayed Attiyah and congratulated him on the honorable result which reflects the civilizational and competitive spirit of the Bahraini youth in this glorious academy which specializes in grooming officers all over the world.
