Qatar’s Minister of State for Defense Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah met on Sunday with Minister of National Defense in the Republic of Greece Panos Kammenos and the accompanying delegation (photo), on the occasion of their visit to the country.

During the meeting they reviewed cooperation ties between both countries, especially in the military field, and ways of developing them, Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported.

The meeting was attended by a number of military officials.

Earlier, Qatar’s Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani also met Sunday with Minister of National Defense in the Republic of Greece Panos Kammenos and the accompanying delegation.

Talks during the meeting dealt with cooperation ties between the two countries and ways of developing them, as well as a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.
