A long-standing investor in the Middle East and partner with Qatar, Nexter is participating at the 11th International Exhibition of Homeland Security in the Middle East, Milipol Qatar, from 31 October to 2 November.
One of the leading European companies in the Land Defense sector, Nexter, a company of the KNDS Group, also offers systems and protection solutions for the homeland security market, notably through the development of the “Homeland Security” kit for the TITUS® vehicle (photo), unveiled at Milipol Paris last year.
A truly modular platform, TITUS® can tackle a wide range of missions, from troop transport to combat and logistics support, via security, peacekeeping and riot control functions. Protected from ballistic attack, and also from CBRN threats (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear), and enjoying exceptional mobility, TITUS® brings undeniable advantages for security forces around the world. It is thus particularly well suited for helping ensure the security of major events, such as the 2022 Football World Cup, which will be held in Qatar.
The Nexter Group’s equipment manufacturing subsidiaries will also be represented on the stand. Nexter Robotics and Nexter Mechanics will be presenting their solutions in the areas of mini surveillance and reconnaissance robots, mobility (SYEGON®) and protection (SAFEPRO®).
