Officials from the United States and Spain formalized an agreement for Spain to purchase Lockheed Martin’s Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) missiles and related support equipment. With this agreement, Spain becomes PAC-3’s 16th partner nation.
