Argon Electronics to Demo CBRN Simulators at LoF IX 2013
28.05.2013 Europe
Argon Electronics will be attending the 2013 Levels of Fidelity IX event in Kvarn, Sweden on 10th June. It will showcase a number of products from their extensive range of CBRN simulators.
Argon Electronics will also be delivering a 45-minute demonstration of their PlumeSIM system, which has the potential to add a much needed capability to Live training systems.
“Having being part of the recent RECCEX 12 training exercise in Sweden, we’re looking forward to returning for the LoF IX event,” said Steven Pike, Managing Director of Argon Electronics.
“For us, this is a great opportunity not just to talk about our products but to show people how we can help fulfill what is a serious gap within current live training,” he added.
This will be the 9th international symposium event from LoF IX, which focuses on live simulation training and combat training. A wide range of speakers and exhibitors will display the capabilities of their products and share their recent successes, experiences and insights for future developments.
The Exhibition takes place at the Swedish Land Warfare Centre in Kvarn, Sweden, from 10-12 June 2013. Argon’s appearance further strengthens the company’s presence at exhibitions this year, alongside the Protection against Chemical and Biological Warfare Agents Symposium and IAFC HazMat, both of which are in June, and then later in 2013 the CBRNe Convergence in October.
Established in 1987, Argon Electronics has since become a world leader in the development and manufacture of hazardous material detector simulators, most notably in the fields of military Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) defence.
Argon’s simulators have applications from civil response to unconventional terrorism and accidental release, and international treaty verification, with a growing presence in the nuclear energy generation and education markets.
