Dassault Aviation Ranks 6th in Preferred Employers for Young Engineers in 2021

In 2021, Dassault Aviation is ranked 6th in the Universum survey of the 130 most attractive employers evaluated by student engineers.

Once again this year, the survey by the Swedish firm specializing in employer branding confirms Dassault Aviation’s position among the Top 10 companies favored by engineering school students for a decade.

Conducted between October 2020 and February 2021, among a sample of 13,744 engineering school profiles, this study shows that the top 3 priorities for their future first job remain stable despite the crisis: 1) ambitious and challenging work; 2) pleasant work environment; 3) diversity of assignments, before the prospect of high income in rank 4).

Once again this year, Dassault Aviation is ranked 21st among the top employers in the 2021 IT ranking, for the 2,473 future IT graduates surveyed.
