Rostec Opens Showroom of Modern Aircraft Components

Rostec has unveiled a showroom for aviation components made by its subsidiary, the Technodinamika Holding Company. The modern-looking showroom is situated at Technodinamika’s new Head Office in Moscow covering an area of more than 1200 sq. m.

The products on display include at least 200 samples of aviation equipment from 15 Rostec's enterprises, specializing in the development and production of various systems for helicopters, military and civilian aircraft.

“The new exhibition will give potential clients an opportunity to learn about the full range of aviation systems and components produced by Technodinamika Holding,” said CEO of Rostec State Corporation, Sergey Chemezov (photo).

“Apart from off-the-shelf items, we also showcase prospective technologies, new concepts in the aircraft industry and our truly unique competence in both military and civil segments,” he added.

The centre is fitted out with the latest technical solutions: interactive multi-touch catalogues, AR-technologies, panoramic screens and projections, interactive sensor interfaces, multimedia kinetic installations.

There are also 20 thematic areas, divided according to the use of equipment and accessories - kinetic airplane areas, areas of prospective engines, auxiliary power units, parachute production, power supply systems, fuel metering equipment,  fuel pumps,  flexible ducts,  filters,  electro-mechanical drives, landing gears, fire protection systems, oxygen systems, kinetic helicopter, burning systems as well as a separate area for aircraft MC-21.

Technodinamika showcases its serial products that are already being manufactured for Russian aircrafts Tu-204, Il-76 and Il-112B, helicopter Ka-226, engines PD-14 and PD-35 as well as advanced accessories for the program of Su-57, a medium tactical transport aircraft and a prospective long-range aviation complex.

A separate section of the demonstration room accommodates military products made by NPP Start. They include transport-loading machines for air defense missile systems, air missile starter units and shipboard launchers.

“Our objective in creating this centre was to promote products currently in the highest demand in the Russian and global markets. And even before the construction was completed, our partners expressed an interest in visiting the showroom and taking a look at our products”, said Technodinamika’s CEO Igor Nasenkov.
