New CEO at Bahrain Airport Co.

Bahrain Airport Company appointed Gordon Dewar, currently Managing Director of Edinburgh Airport as its CEO, taking up the post beginning of July.
Dewar brings over 20 years of experience in the transport industry, holding a number of senior management positions with leading transport operators.
Dewar has vital experience in airport expansion and capacity building having successfully launched a £40 million terminal extension at Edinburgh Airport as part of a £300 million investment plan he had drawn up, said a statement.
"We are confident that Mr. Dewar has all the right credentials and the relevant experience, especially in managing airport operations and expansions," commented Bahrain Airport Company Chairman Kamal Ahmed.
