Safran Electronics & Defense has launched its latest innovation in the PNT segment: NAVPULSE, an advanced naval data distribution unit (DDU) designed to centralize navigation data from all shipboard sensors and optimize their distribution to generate the optimum navigation solution for users. It meets the rigorous demands of modern naval operations with an atomic clock and algorithms ensuring enhanced timing synchronization, anti-jamming and anti-spoofing detection to offer seamless and secure operations.
High-precision timing synchronization is essential for fleet-wide coordination in mission-critical operations such as communication, navigation, and self-defense. Robust anti-jamming and anti-spoofing protection also ensure the integrity and security of navigation and communication data and therefore protects naval assets from external threats.
