Sheikh Mohammed conveyed to King Hamad greetings of President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and his wishes of good health to him and further progress and prosperity to the people of Bahrain.
During the meeting attended by HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime Minister of Bahrain, and HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Deputy Supreme Commander, King Hamad welcomed Sheikh Mohammed and his accompanying delegation and reviewed with him the historic relations between the two brotherly countries.
King Hamad said the two countries were keen on enhancing their bilateral ties within the framework of continuous consultation and brotherly coordination.
He asked Sheikh Mohammed to pass on his greetings to President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He also praised Sheikh Khalifa’s pioneering role in the remarkable progress being witnessed in the UAE.
King Hamad and Sheikh Mohammed exchanged views on a number of regional and international issues of mutual interest.
King Hamad hosted a luncheon in honor of Sheikh Mohammed and his accompanying delegation.
