Bahrain’s Commander-in-Chief Patronizes Honoring Ceremony

Under the patronage of Commander-in-Chief Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) held a ceremony Wednesday to honor Senior Officers who had medals and appreciation insignia bestowed upon them by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Bahrain Armed Forces.

The ceremony was attended by Minister of Defence Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Noaimi and Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Dhiab Saqr Al Noaimi, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.

The BDF Commander-in-Chief presented the medals and insignia of appreciation to the honorees and conveyed to them the greetings of HM the King and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister. He congratulated them, stressing keenness of BDF on developing its human resources by providing them with the needed support and rewarding them for their dedicated efforts and tireless work in serving the nation.

Meantime, Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) also held a graduation ceremony for the fourth batch of civil volunteers of the Reserve Force, in the presence of Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources, Major General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa.

The graduates took pride in the military training they received during the session which groomed them militarily and honed their administrative skills. They pledged to be always ready to defend the nation and assist their brethren in various weaponries.

After taking the legal oath, the Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources presented the graduates with their certificates and prizes of appreciation.

The graduation ceremony was attended by BDF Senior Officers.
