Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), received Monday Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff of Pakistan Air Force (photo).

Lt. General Theyab bin Saqr commended the Bahrain-Pakistan relations, particularly in military coordination and defence cooperation, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.

For his part, His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s National Guard Commander, also received Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff at Pakistan Air Force.

The National Guard Commander praised the advanced levels of bilateral military cooperation, affirming Pakistan’s role in maintaining regional and global security and stability.

The two sides also discussed topics of common interest, means to enhance the existing cooperation at various domains, particularly in the military sector.
