Within the framework of the Egyptian Armed Forces’ keenness to exchange scientific and practical experiences and support research activities between the Armed Forces and various Egyptian universities, Major General Professor Dr. Ismail Mohamed Kamal, Head of the Military Technical College, signed last month a cooperation protocol with Professor Dr. Abdel-Razek Desouky, President of Kafrelsheikh University.

The protocol aims to maximize joint research cooperation between the Military Technical College and Kafrelsheikh University, exchange technical consultations and research studies in various scientific fields, especially in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cyber Security.

The protocol further aims to implement workshops and joint field visits, which contribute to keeping pace with the successive development in various practical and research fields, and exchanging participating in attending seminars and scientific conferences, to achieve the maximum possible benefit for both sides, the Egyptian Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
