Within the framework of the Egyptian Armed Forces’ keenness to enhance integration in scientific fields in cooperation with major academic and research authorities and institutions to serve community and support development efforts in various sectors, the Military Technical College signed a cooperation protocol with the Arab Organization for Industrialization.
The protocol aims to benefit from the scientific and technological capabilities and infrastructure in preparing and qualifying scientific and engineering cadres, supporting innovators and providing technical and engineering solutions to develop local production in various manufacturing sectors.
The protocol was signed by Major General Dr. Moataz Ibrahim Abu Al-Nour, Director of the Military Technical College, and Major General Engineer Abd El-Rahman Abd El-Azim Othman, General Director of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, in the presence of Major General Mukhtar Abd El-Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the Egyptian Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
In the same context, the Director of the Military Technical College and Professor Dr. Islam Hamza Abu El-Majd, Acting President of the National Authority for Remote Sensing and Space Sciences (NARSS), signed a cooperation protocol aims to integrate scientific, practical and research efforts and exchanging expertise between the two sides in the fields of advanced technology, remote sensing applications and space sciences, by exploiting the scientific, technical and technological competencies and expertise available in each entity to support national efforts to achieve development and improve environmental services and establish and manage technological incubators in the field of electronics, information and communications technology and their applications in serving the Egyptian community.
