The Egyptian Ministry of Defense Language Institute (MODLI) signed a cooperation protocol with Ain Shams University, represented by the Faculties of Education, Arts, and Al-Alsun.
This collaboration is designed to establish and advance educational, training, and academic programs within the realms of teaching languages, culture, and scientific research. The protocol was signed by Major General Mohamed El-Bably, Commander of the Ministry of Defense Language Institute (MODLI), and Professor Dr. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abidin, President of Ain Shams University.
The protocol’s objectives include the systematic coordination between both entities to execute academic and training programs in foreign languages, ensuring the linguistic and educational enhancement of both parties in accordance with established regulations and directives.
This initiative underscores the commitment of MODLI to elevate scientific and cultural standards in language education and to fortify collaborative efforts with all Egyptian universities. It is aimed at equipping trainees with the advanced language competencies essential for the professional demands of the market, Egypt’s Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
Key academic and Armed Forces personnel from both Ain Shams University and MODLI attended the protocol signing ceremony.
In another development and in pursuit of the Egyptian Armed Forces commitment to strengthening collaboration in scientific and technological domains with various Ministries to benefit society and support the nation’s digital transformation initiatives across all sectors, Major General Tawfiq Mokhtar, Director of the Armed Forces Information Systems Department, has signed a cooperation protocol with Dr. Heba Saleh, President of the Information Technology Institute under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
This significant event was witnessed by Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology.
This protocol is designed to foster joint efforts in training and developing human resources across a range of cutting-edge technological specialties. It aims to fully utilize the scientific capabilities, skilled personnel, and robust infrastructure available to both entities in all aspects of information technology and digital transformation.
