Aramco, the state-owned oil company of Saudi Arabia, will be the Diamond Sponsor of the 2nd Middle East Security Conference & Exhibition, organized by US-based Asis International, due to take place in Manama (Bahrain) from 20 to 22 February 2011.

“We are extremely pleased with the continued support of Saudi Aramco, one of the leading companies in the Middle East. Their support is an important added value to the educational offerings of the Asis International in the region”, said Asis International President Raymond T O'Hara.

Bader Al-Qadran, General Manager, Industrial Security Operations of Aramco said: “Saudi Aramco security employees have been associated with Asis International for more than 3 decades and have helped provide training and development of security professionals in the company.”

“Several employees have been utilizing the learning opportunities available with Asis and have become certified protection professionals (CPP), physical security professionals (PSP) and professional certified investigators (CPI), all in which have helped them enhance their productivity, job knowledge, and career advancement,” he added.

The event will cover a wide range of security issues in 33 high-level educational sessions divided over three parallel tracks. It will also include sessions for chief security officers (CSOs) organized by the CSO Roundtable of Asis International.
