The 20th meeting of the Commanders of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries was held in the Saudi Capital Riyadh on Wednesday with the participation of the leaders of the Ground Forces.
The Assistant Secretary-General for Military Affairs Major General Ahmed Ali Hamid Aal Ali, and a representative of the Unified Military Command, was present, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The participants discussed a number of topics related to the joint GCC military action in the Ground Forces, and ways to enhance this cooperation in a way that raises the high efficiency of the Ground Forces of GCC.
This meeting comes within the consultative meetings between the leaders of the Ground Forces of the GCC states related to the fields of joint military action, which contribute to developing the military capabilities of the ground forces to achieve defense integration among the GCC forces.
