Kuwait’s Chief of the Army General Staff Lieutenant General Pilot Bandar Al-Muzain said on Tuesday that scientific research provides insights and analysis that enhance strategic planning, which effectively contributes to making better decisions in the field.
This came in a press statement issued by the Chief of Staff after the team visited the Center for Studies and Research, where it listened to a comprehensive explanation of the scientific research and the achievements of the center, calling on them to work with military researchers and develop their capabilities in scientific research.
Al-Muzain pointed out that scientific research also helps in developing training programs and providing the necessary knowledge to raise the level of individual and collective performance of Kuwaiti Army personnel, which ensures the readiness of the military institution to face future challenges.
He expressed his thanks to the Center’s employees for their efforts, praising their role in organizing, planning, implementing, and supervising military scientific research, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
In another development, the Kuwaiti Air Force, represented by Abdullah Al-Mubarak Air Base, carried out an aeromedical evacuation exercise in cooperation with the Medical Services Authority of the Air Force.
The General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army said in a press statement that the exercise simulates the scenario of transporting patients and injured people by C17 and C130 transport aircraft. It stated that the exercise aims to raise the level of cooperation, coordination, and speed of response in procedures between the Air Force and the Medical Services Authority in the field of aeromedical evacuation.
