Lt. General Ahmed bin Harith al-Nabhani (photo), Chief-of-Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces (SAF) received in his office at Mu’skar Al Murtafa a delegation from Nasser Higher Military Academy (NHMA) in the Arab Republic of Egypt, headed by Major General Ahmad Waliuddin Khairi.
The meeting exchanged viewpoints and discussed matters of common concern, particularly in the Academic fields, according to Oman News Agency (ONA).
The meeting was attended by Air Commodore Isameil bin Ahmed al-Matrooshi, Director General of Military Cooperation and Military Attachés Affairs.
Meanwhile, Sayyid Bader bin Saud bin Harib al Busaidi, Minister Responsible for Defense Affairs in the Sultanate of Oman received in his office at the Mu’askar Bait Al Falaj Nikos Christodoulides, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus, who was visiting the Sultanate.
The meeting exchanged cordial conversations and reviewed fields of the existing cooperation between the two friendly countries, besides discussing a number of matters of common concern.
The Cypriot guest hailed the good relations between the two friendly countries and the Sultanate’s efforts in achieving international peace and security.
The meeting was attended by the Cypriot Ambassador to the Sultanate and the delegation accompanying the guest.
