Qatar’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs H.E. Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah met with the Commander of the US Air Forces Central Command Lieutenant General H.E. Gregory Guillot.

The meeting discussed issues of mutual concern, mainly the evacuation operations in Afghanistan, The Peninsula reported.

The Commander of the US Air Forces Central Command expressed his country’s thanks and appreciation for the efforts exerted by the State of Qatar in facilitating the evacuation operations.
