Dassault & Safran Head French Delegation to UAE

A high-level French business delegation will be on a 3-day visit to the UAE starting today to discuss business opportunities mainly in Aerospace-related industries.
The visit is organized by the French Trade Commission (UBIFRANCE) of the French Embassy in the UAE, with the backing of the Dassault and Safran Groups.
The delegation, which will include officials of 15 leading companies, will hold more than 60 business meetings and discuss ways to explore potential opportunities of cooperation, exchange of expertise, and future contracts, said a statement from UBIFRANCE.
The participating companies are Airia, Akka, Aquarese, Assystem Aerospace, Aviatec, Derichebourg Atis Aeronautique, Eurep Industries, Forest Line, Gate, Ingeliance, Irts, Permaswage, Pole Pegasse, PSA, Reel, and Sabena Technics.
During this trip, members will visit Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain to showcase their expertise in the aeronautical sector and meet potential partners, agents/distributors, and clients.
The key players like Emirates Engineering, Etihad, Mubadala, Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies, Inzajat, Sanad, Ammroc, Horizon and Strata will host the delegation.
The French Aerospace Cluster Pegase, located in the PACA region, will follow this event. This cluster represents over 35,000 employees, boasts a turnover of more than 5.5 billion Euros, and gathers 158 direct members (Multinational companies, SMEs, R&D, Training).
The French delegation includes companies specialized in consultancy (IT & system, mechanics, certification), engineering (conception, design, IT & System, mechanics), aircraft equipments, production equipments (composites, tooling), Maintenance & Reparation, Overhaul (equipments, consultancy, services), Aircraft Interiors (IFE, seats, design), ground support equipment, computer hardware (tablet PC, rugged certified computer), components for the aircraft Industry.
