His Excellency Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, received Tuesday Lieutenant-General Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
El-Sisi welcomed the visit of HH Shaikh Nasser and emphasised the importance of enhancing cooperation between the two countries, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.
The President of Egypt commended the progress and development of Bahrain under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and affirmed the commitment to continue collaboration between the two nations.
President El-Sisi and HH Lt. General Shaikh Nasser reviewed the strong relations between Bahrain and Egypt, commending the advanced status of cooperation and joint efforts. His Highness commended the efforts of Egypt in supporting regional security and stability.
For his part, General Mohamed Zaki, the Commander-in-Chief of the Egyptian Armed Forces, Minister of Defence and Military Production. also received Lieutenant-General Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the National Security Advisor and Royal Guard Commander of Bahrain (photo).
Both parties discussed enhancing cooperation within the strategic relations between Bahrain and Egypt, focusing on military collaboration, and exchange of expertise.
Shaikh Nasser expressed pride in the longstanding partnership between Bahrain and Egypt, highlighting the extensive cooperation and close relations that have been maintained across various domains over the years.
General Zaki noted the strong relations between Bahrain and Egypt and the importance of enhancing cooperation across all levels. He further commended the achievements of Bahrain under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, highlighting the country’s progress in various fields.
