Royal Saudi Navy to Organize Int’l Maritime Security Forum

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, the Saudi Royal Navy is to organize the Saudi International Maritime Patrol Ships Forum, from 24 to 26 November in the Saudi capital Riyadh.

The Royal Saudi Navy has signed an agreement to organize the forum and launch the initial preparations for the forum, in the presence of the Chairman of the Saudi International Maritime Forum Committee, Brig. General Faisal bin Mohammed Al-Ghamaisi and the Director General of the Organizing Company (Star Time) Shaya Al-Qahtani, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The Forum, titled: Importance of Securing Strategic Seaways, presents six main axes that will discuss all aspects related to the importance of securing strategic sea lanes.
