Air Vice Marshal Mattar bin Ali al-Obaidani, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO), Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Military Technological College (MTC) left Muscat Sunday for the United Kingdom (UK) as per an invitation from the University of Portsmouth.

The invitation comes within the joint framework between the MTC and University of Portsmouth to discuss quality criteria of academic work basics in the MTC, according to Oman News Agency (ONA).

The MTC has academic affiliation with the British University of Portsmouth, which gives students an internationally recognized certificate to achieve quality in education, research, technical and engineering programs.
