As part of its international partnership initiatives, the Saudi Ministry of Interior collaborated with the French National Police to implement a specialized female training program.

The training took place at the Women'\’s Capacity Training Development Center within the General Directorate of Prisons. The program sought to equip female trainees from different departments of the Ministry of Interior with advanced technical and security skills, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

Meanwhile, the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) concluded in Riyadh Thursday a training program titled “Information and Data Analysis Related to Terrorism Issues.”

The five-day program featured 46 training sessions designed to equip trainees from member states with the skills and knowledge needed to enhance their cognitive abilities in gathering and analyzing information related to counterterrorism.

The program seeks to enhance participants' analytical methods, contribute to the development of human capabilities, and intensify joint efforts among member states to protect societies from all terrorist threats.

In another development, and as part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to support the government of the Syrian Arab Republic in achieving security and stability, the Saudi Ministry of Interior hosted a Syrian security delegation from April 14 to 16.

The visit aimed to familiarize the delegation with the Kingdom’s security experience and enable them to benefit from its expertise. (SPA; File Photo © Saudi Ministry of Interior)
