Under the patronage of the Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Interior Dr. Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Dawood opened Monday the NCT Middle East 2025 Conference on non-conventional weapons threats in Riyadh.

The event is organized by the General Directorate of Civil Defense in collaboration with NCT Consultants and the CBRNe Society, and spans two days at the voco Riyadh Hotel.

It is the seventh edition of the conference, a global event focused on combating threats posed by non-conventional weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) substances, and landmines, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

The conference hosts at least 33 exhibitors from 11 countries, with global brands showcasing the latest products, services, and solutions in the field of non-conventional weapons threat mitigation. Featuring more than 30 international speakers, the event attracted stakeholders and specialists.

The conference aims to create and expand both local and global partnerships, facilitating the exchange of best practices and experiences. Scientific sessions will be held with delegations and figures from various countries and international organizations and bodies specializing in this area.
