Arquus announced its participation in the Asian Defense and Security (ADAS) 2024 exhibition, taking place from September 25 to 27 in Manila, Philippines. This event, one of the most significant in defense and security in Southeast Asia, offers Arquus an opportunity to strengthen its presence in the region and showcase its full range of armored vehicles and support solutions.

Now established as the premier defense and security event in the Philippines, ADAS is a must-attend gathering for the international defense industry in the region. The exhibition supports the modernization and upgrading programs of the Philippine defense sectors.

Towards a Strategic Partnership

Arquus’ presence at ADAS aligns with its goal of strengthening bilateral relations between the two nations. Last December, during his visit to the Indo-Pacific, French Minister of Armed Forces Sébastien Lecornu signed a letter of intent with Philippine authorities to “legally secure operational partnerships and activities”, marking a strategic rapprochement between the two countries. This initiative aims to enhance cooperation in key areas such as security, air traffic management, infrastructure development, maintenance, and training.

France and Philippines also share joint coordination committees about defense. These meetings help strengthen defense cooperation in the areas of strategic affairs, military collaboration, logistics, and the defense industry.

Arquus in Southeast Asia

Arquus’ participation in ADAS 2024 reaffirms the company's commitment to providing the armed forces of the Philippines and Southeast Asia with robust, modern solutions perfectly tailored to their needs. With over 15 years of collaboration with Asian forces, Arquus has already supplied vehicles such as the VAB, VBL, and SHERPA Light in various configurations.
