Bahrain’s Chief of Staff Attends Graduation of Specialised Officers’ Courses

Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), attended last week a graduation ceremony for one of the specialised BDF Officers’ courses.

After the recitation of holy Quran verses, a briefing was given on the stages of the course and training programmes conducted.

The graduates presented an infantry field military parade, and then the graduates took the legal oath, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.

The Chief of Staff praised the Officers’ commitment to serving their county, commending the course’s outcomes, which contributed to enhancing the Officers’ competence and enabling them to perform their duties with precision and professionalism.

The Chief of Staff handed out certificates to the graduates and awards to top achievers.

Major-General Ibrahim Ghanim Al Fadhala, Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations at the BDF was present.

In another development, Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) made an inspection visit Thursday to a BDF unit.

The Commander-in-Chief was briefed on the preparedness, administrative framework and workflow of the unit.

Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa expressed his appreciation for the dedication of all BDF servicemen in fulfilling their national duties and contributing to the development of the BDF, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and with the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Prime Minister.

The Commander-in-Chief valued the efforts of the servicemen in continuing to pursue education and training in military sciences, and commended their achievements.
