KBR: $28m Order in Bahrain

KBR won a task order of $28 million from the US Army Contracting Command involving support to US Army and Navy missions at five sites in Bahrain.
KBR will support nearly 1,400 personnel and provide camp construction, including the build out of a Life Support Area (LSA), facilities management, Hazmat management, water production, firefighting services, airfield operations and power generation. Services will also include self-service laundry operations, food service, shuttle bus services and fuel retail operations.
"We are pleased to again be selected by the US government under the Logcap IV contract to provide vital services in support of its missions in Bahrain," said Mark Williams, President, KBR Infrastructure, Government and Power.
