Commander-in-Chief of Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa patronized a graduation ceremony of an advanced Officers' mobilization session at the Royal Defense Force Training Centre. Officers from the National Guard and Kuwait also took part, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.
On arrival at the venue of the celebration, the BDF Commander-in-Chief was welcomed by Defense Affairs Minister Lieutenant General Yusef bin Ahmed Al Jalahma, Chief-of-Staff Lieutenant General Dhiab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi and senior officers.
Commandant of the Royal Defense Force Training Centre Major General Jaber Abdullah bin Hawil welcomed, in a speech, the BDF Commander-in-Chief and thanked him for patronizing the graduation ceremony and supporting the centre.
Then, the BDF Commander-in-Chief presented the graduates and top achievers with their certificates and prizes of appreciation, congratulating them on completing successfully the session. He described their graduation as the dividend of their efforts in the training halls and fields.
He further pointed out the importance of such sessions for the graduates to assume all duties that will be assigned with them throughout their future military career. He gave them his directives and urged them to continue benefiting from the BDF specialized training programs. He also hailed participation of the officers from Kuwait in the session, stressing its role in boosting military cooperation.
The BDF Commander-in-Chief affirmed keenness of BDF to improve the level of its personnel by providing them with the best military training. He wished BDF more development under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander.
The ceremony was attended by National Guard Staff Director Major General Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, Inspector General Major General Abdullah Hassan Al Nuaimi, Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources Major General Sheikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa, Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations Major General Ghanim Ibrahim Al Fadhala, Military Attaché at Kuwait embassy in Bahrain Colonel Nasser Abdulaziz Al Samhan and senior officers.
